Here at The Starting Point Contact Centre, we’ve always prided ourselves as a social enterprise company. We have been offering funded supported contact for families, where every family can get four free supported contact sessions with a maximum value of £100 per family. This currently is on hold until further funding can be obtained.
Our pledge to you is
We promise to be non-judgmental, give everyone a chance to be heard, and, through risk assessment, create the opportunity to support all families in reuniting.
We create resources and assistance so that all families may receive the guidance they need to co-parent, learn about parenting, and exchange parenting experiences.

How our Social Enterprise can help your family
Here at The Starting Point Centre, we believe every family should be entitled to child contact, whether they’re vulnerable or on a low income, and regardless of their financial situation. Our aim is to give families the opportunity to have safe, secure and meaningful contact in a NACCC enhanced accredited centre.
What’s next?
Our exciting future plans are constantly evolving for our centre. Our community team is hoping to expand child contact to more areas, and we’re planning to help families with parenting plans and signposting, such as:

Working with the community to see how we can better support families
